Alphonso mango powder and totapuri mango powder are the two different flavour varieties of mango fruit powder offered by Drymac Foods. Mango Powder, a bright yellow to orange powder with a strong mango flavor, is made by spray-drying mango puree from particular mangos onto a maltodextrin carrier.

Mango Powder is produced from fresh fruit. It is spray dried to produce a fine, lump-free powder. Mango Powder has a tangy, somewhat sweet flavour. Mango Powder provides a simpler version of mango without compromising flavour. Vitamin A, C, D, vitamin B-6, and beta-carotene are all present in mango fruit powder. Additionally low in calories and suitable for the keto diet is mango fruit powder.

Shelf Life: Product should have a shelf life of 18 months from the date of production and store under proper storage condition in the original sealpack.
Handling/Storage: – Store in cool, dry, clean environment, free from foreign odor and out of direct heat/sun light not below 10° C (recommended 20-25° C, to maintain the product in free flowcondition).
– It is not advised to expose the product to air at prolonged periods as this may result in hardening of Mango Powder as the product is highly hydroscopic.
– Reseal the package tightly when the product is not completely used up.
