As a natural supplement to improve health, beet powder is becoming more and more popular. While some choose to combine beet juice or powder with sweet or fresh flavours, many people appreciate the flavour of beet juice on its own. Beet juice and powder both contain nitrates in addition to vitamins and minerals. Beetroot powder contains nitrates, which encourage healthy blood flow and oxygen delivery to the brain by stimulating blood vessels there. Anyone who is allergic to artificial food colours can use beetroot powder, as can vegetarians, vegans, and everyone else. A good source of both soluble and insoluble fibre is beetroot powder.
