Ingredients (Raw Material): Fresh Soya Sauce
Colour, Taste & Aroma: Dark Brown colour, Typical Soya Sauce flavour
Application: RTS Premix, Bakery Products, Seasoning Masala, Instant Soups, Gravy, Etc.
Shelf Life: Product should have a shelf life of 18 months from the date of production and store under proper storage condition in the original sealpack.
Handling/Storage: – Store in cool, dry, clean environment, free from foreign odor and out of direct heat/sun light not below 10° C (recommended 20-25° C, to maintain the product in free flow condition).
– It is not advised to expose the product to air at prolonged periods as this may result in hardening of Soya Sauce Powder as the product is highly hydroscopic.
– Reseal the package tightly when the product is not completely used up.
