Shelf Life: Product should have a shelf life of 18 months from the date of production and store under proper storage condition in the original sealpack.
Handling/Storage: – Store in cool, dry, clean environment, free from foreign odor and out of direct heat/sun light not below 10° C (recommended 20-25° C, to maintain the product in free flow condition).
– It is not advised to expose the product to air at prolonged periods as this may result in hardening of Tamarind Powder as the product is highly hydroscopic.
– Reseal the package tightly when the product is not completely used up.
